Silicone Injection Mold, known as Liquid Injection Mold or LSR Moulding, which designed to improve silicone molded production efficiency, enhance silicone molded precision, reduce silicone materials waste, also in aim to achieve silicone molded automation and to enhance the FDA medical grade liquid silicone (or food grade) products safety.

Injection Mold of Liquid Silicone Rubber, don't like compression molded silicone (HTV Silicone or Solid Silicone) materials, which need intersive distributive mixing and also need cold runner systems in aim to maintain liquid silicone rubber & LSR silicon materials at a low temperature before injected into the heat cavities for vulcanization. 

Solid silicone (HTV) materials, which is easy to be polluted by workers before compression molded, and also difficult to fully cured & vulcanizated. 

Some hazardous substance still stay in solid silicone molded production even secondary vulcanization by oven.
