Every tool we run is designed and cut in our own mould shop, on imported automated mould making equipment.
When the mould shop and the moulding floor are the same company, a dimensional problem is corrected in days rather than negotiated between two suppliers over weeks.
It also means we can quote the tool and the part together, and tell you honestly which process gives you the lowest total cost at your volume rather than the one that suits our machines.
Send a 2D drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample. We will come back with a design for manufacture review, a tool proposal and a piece price, and we will flag anything in the geometry that will cost you money in production before the tool is cut.
