LSR Injection Nipple

LSR Nipple, also called Liquid Silicone Rubber Nipple and Liquid Silicone Pacifier, is made of liquid rubber or clear food grade liquid silicone rubber (approved by FDA and CE certifications), which is mainly used in silicone baby products for feeding and cultivating baby's sucking action.

Some baby tablewares also choose liquid silicone rubber materials because they are safer compared with solid silicone rubber.

LSR nipple offers a real sense of breastfeeding for two main reasons:
Material: extra soft liquid silicone rubber
Thickness: Liquid silicone nipple's thickness is twice as common nipples'. 

Liquid Silicone Nipple is based on baby sucking habits, as a kind of baby breastfeeding simulation nipple. 
While baby is sucking, liquid silicon nipple can extend to 5mm long and baby can use tongues to stretch nipples back and forward. Therefore, LSR Nipples must have excellent elasticity and extensibility to ensure tongues move naturally. That's very important to baby's healthy growing.

Liquid silicone Nipple mainly is formed by LSR injection molding ( LIM ) or pouring (RTV-2-SILICONE RUBBER). Pouring forming mainly suits to produce Liquid silicon rubber samples, which is not precision. Liquid silicone rubber injection molding can produce more precision LSR parts & products ( like plastic injection), safer, higher production efficiency and less manpower.
