Housing Seal

Housing Seal, also called Housing Sheet, Electronic Shell Housing Gasket, O Ring Washer, which mainly made of elastomeric plastic rubber materials like elastic silicone rubber ( VMQ, EPDM, NR, NBR, HNBR, HR, FKM, SBR etc. ) or soft plastic materials (TPR, TPU, PVC, PU etc.), knows as sheet gasket sealing function.
Housing seal have shock absorption function, knows as rubber silicone grommets, elastomer damper, bumper, rubber bellows, rubber bushing, bobbin, rubber valve etc.
Silicone Rubber Housing seal also have waterproof or dustproof action with backing adhesive gum glue tape.
Generally, housing seal materials if more softer, electronic case would more sealing.
Some housing seal can be made of medical - standard liquid silicone rubber materials, FDA LFGB Food solid silicone materials for special medical device, or houseware like bottles ring gasket.
Housing Seal materials can fire retardant if choose flameresistant materials like EPDM, Silicone etc which can up to UL V0 and can oil proof  like NBR, FKM etc, and also have anti-UV functions etc.

Adhesive Backing Glue Silicone Rubber Housing Seal is also called , Rear back side housing gasket, sheet which is made of elastomeric silicone rubber materials with Single Backing / Rear or Double Sides Glue Gum Adhesive Tape.
Bonding to which materials and Bonding Environment choose different Adhesive Backing Glue Gum materials.
Bonding Materials like plastic, metal, glass, wood, rubber etc.
Bonding Environment: Outside, High Temperature, Cold Temperature, Water, Dust etc.
