Duckbill Check Valve, also known as Duckbill Valve, Duckbill Non Return Valve and One Way Duckbill Valve. Duckbill Valve is elastomeric component that act as backfolw prevention devices or one-way valves or check vlaves. Duckbill Valves have elastomeric lips in the shape of a duckbill which prevent backflow and allow forward flow. A range of materials and designs are available to handle different fluids and services conditions.

Duckbill Check Valve is mainly made from elastomer rubber like silicone, fluorosilicone & FVMQ, EPDM, HNBR, Buna N & Nitrile Rubber, Neoprene at lower hardness and compression set.
FDA food grade & medical grade Umbrella Valve can be reused, comply with Food and Drug Administration Regulations, and can work at -40℃ to 230℃, at elevated temperatures, the tensile, elogation, and abrasion resistance far superior to that of most organic elastomers. Low temperature flexibility is a major advantage silicone over most organic rubbers.
LSR & Liquid Silicone Rubber Umbrella Valve: Unlike conventional rubber, LSR can withstand extreme temperatures without changing its properties, can be automatically sterilized at high temperatures or used in very cold environments.
Fluorosilicone & FVMQ Umbrella Valve have good oil resistance, strong acid resistance, alkali resistance, antioxidant performance, and has common silicone advantage like working temperature of -40℃ to 230℃.
EPDM Umbrella Valve have excellent performance at Ozone aging resistance, weather aging resistance and heat resistance.
Buna N & Nitrile Rubber Umbrella Valve performs excellently at oil resistance.
