Remove Burrs/ Flash: This process is called trimming, it means remove extra material or burrs on edges of the Axolotl Glow.

Visual/ Appearance Inspection: To check whether the Axolotl Night Lamp has stains, damage, or light leakage.

Assemble: Assemble and fix the parts to the assembly holes, and apply food-grade glue (colorless and odorless after drying).

Surface Coating/ Protection: matte smooth/ oil coating in our automatic spraying line (spraying and drying) is clean and efficient.

Four Color & Patterns Pad Printing: There are four-color pad printing machines, high-precision movement, precise printing, accurate colors, and drying.

Assemble Circuit Boards. (We have PCBA design capabilities and two professional assembly lines. In addition to custom-making the main body of the silicone night light, we can also design circuit boards and components and assemble the entire piece.)
