CR Shaft & Pump Seals

CR Seals , also called Neoprene Sheet, Neoprene WasherNeoprene Rubber GasketCR Seal & CR Gasket, which is mainly made by rubber compression mold tooling for Oil O Ring Seal.

CR Seals has good physical properties, oil proof, heat & flame resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid & alkali resistance and anti chemical. However, cold tolerance and storage stability is not good.
CR Seals has a good tensile strength, elongation crystalline and adhesion.

CR Seals (Neoprene Seal)  is excellent in aging resistance, heat & oil resistance and chemical resistance


CR Seals &Gaskets, which have good weather resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance, ranks only second to EPR Gasket and II R ( Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber )
Oil resistance ranks only second to that of NBR.

Heat resistance is equal to that of NBR materials.
CR Seals' decomposing temperature is 230~260℃, working in 120~150℃ for a short period and 80~100℃ for a long time, with a certain flame resistance.  Inorganic acid and alkali resistance is good. Cold tolerance and insulation are poor.

Rubber CR Seals have bad storage stability, easily appearing self-vulcanization phenomenon and it tends to harden as Mooney Viscosity increases.
