Neoprene Rubber, also knowned as CR Rubber, which have Good Physical Properties, Oil resistance, heat & flame resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance and chemical resistance.
On top of that, Neoprene Rubbe mainly use for Oil Sealing Gasket materials like NBR materials.
Neoprene & CR Rubber materials Notes: The cold tolerance and storage stability are not very well.
Insulation are poor. Raw rubber equips bad storage stability, easily appearing self-vulcanization phenomenon and it tend to harden as Mooney Viscosity increases.

Mineral Oil Resistant: Good
Animal and Vegetable Oil Resistant: Good
Scope of Application or Industry: Electric, Electronics, Printer etc.
Neoprene Rubber tensile strength, elongation, reversible crystalline and adhesion are good.
Aging resistance, heat & oil resistance and chemical resistance are excellent.
CR Rubber Gasket weather resistance and ozone resistance, aging resistance are second only to that of EPR and Butyl rubber.
Oil resistance ranks only second to that of NBR.
Heat resistance is equal to that of NBR. Its decomposing temperature is 230~260℃, working in 120~150℃ for a short period and 80~100℃ for a long time, with a certain flame resistance. Inorganic acid and alkali resistance is good.
Neoprene & CR durometer is about 50-80 Shore A.
